Yumia in the Auruma region from Atelier Yumia

Atelier Yumiais set to release worldwide onMarch 21 on Steam, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch.

Explore The World Of Aladiss

The news post gives players a first glimpse of three major areas of the game’s world of Aladiss they’ll get to explore: the Ligneus Region, the Sivash Region, and the Auruma Region.

Ligneus is where the investigation team, of which Yumia herself is a part, has established their first base, far from the capital of the Aladissian Empire. It’s a region comprised of plains and a vast forest, dotted with a number of alchemical research facilities from the empire’s time.

Sivash is a land where the ground has sunk and been taken over by mushrooms and other fungi – and, as the player heads deeper, they only get bigger. Some people of Aladiss still live here, including a settlement inhabited by the Welleks, a race of demihumans.

The last region shown off is Auruma, a former Aladissian Empire industrial region, now reduced to ruins. Some facilities still survive, but it’s far from its former glory. At its center stands a tree-like structure covered in metal.
