Assassin’s Creed Valhallais finally coming to Steam on December 6. Along with the latest installment of the Assassin’s Creed franchise, a few otherUbisoft gameswill be heading to Steam in the coming days, according to a report byEurogamer.

Two years after its release on PC, Ubisoft will now be inviting players to Eivor’s story on Valve’s storefront. What’s more is that Valhalla will not be the only game to land on Steam in the near future. Roller Champions andAnno 1800are also slated to release on Steam in the future. While the publishing giant revealed that some of its recent games are headed to Steam, recent data found in SteamDB and Ubisoft Connect had pointed towards the releases prior to the official announcement.

Code suggesting that both Roller Champions and Assassin’s Creed Valhalla would be releasing on Steamwas spotted in Ubisoft Connect launcherand SteamDB, respectively. Alongside them, Anno 1800 will also make its debut on the storefront, which lacked some of the most recent Ubisoft games after the publisher preferred its own platform and Epic Games over the last few years. The arrival of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Roller Champions, and Anno 1800 could be an indication that the publisher will push more of its future titles to Steam.

That being said, Valhalla’s arrival on Steam coincides with an important day in the game’s post-launch roadmap. On December 6, the Viking-themed action RPG will receiveits final update, The Last Chapter, which will “conclude Eivor’s saga in a touching and intimate way.” The update is free to all players, and it will serve as an epilogue to the title’s epic tale.

Though it will not be featuringthe highly requested New Game Plus mode, The Last Chapter update tells us that the publisher is practically done with Valhalla after releasing three expansions and surpassing $1B in sales. However, Ubisoft will surely be updating its sales figures after the Steam release as it’s sure to bring in a good chunk of revenue for the publisher.

While the sun may be setting on Valhalla, Ubisoft is gearing up for the next installment with Assassin’s Creed Mirage. The prequel, starring a younger Basim, is set to release next year on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC. Perhaps we’ll see Mirage launch day one on Steam?
