This wasn’t thePeaky Blindersstar’s first foray in a wartime movie. And the fact that he was up to speed was evident from his flawless performance. It is no fluke that Brody finds himself in the list of nominees for the Academy Award for Best Actor.

He left his heart on the set, giving it everything he had got whenever the camera began to roll. And that is why he was left visibly dejected when fans doubted his skill, believing it to be the work of AI.

Many thought that AI was the real hero behind how the movie turned out to be. And Adrien Brody knows that is far from true. He said,
There was a tremendous amount of dialect work that needed to be done—I had to memorize Hungarian language… It was quite an emotional journey [told] over several decades. (Vanity Fair)

Fans seem to have glossed over that little detail. And Corbet couldn’t help but address this point. He said,
Adrien and Felicity’s performances are completely their own.

Needless to say that the remarks have kicked up yet another storm regarding AI. And Brody did not shy away from weighing in on the debate. He said,
I understand that we live in a time where even just the mention of AI is a bit triggering. We live in a time where, unfortunately, things can get misappropriated quite easily on the internet and I just wish people had more understanding of the context and facts of the circumstances.
As has been revealed, tweaks were needed solely in those parts where Brody and Jones were conversing in Hungarian. No wonder theDetachmentstar felt a little aggrieved by the generalization.
